Position: Account Management Manager/Director (working with a healthcare client)
Duration: FTE
Comp: 180-200k + bonus, unlimited PTO, benefits
Location: On-site 5 days in San Fran, CA
About the Role: As an Account Management Sr. Manager, you will oversee a team responsible for delivering all key client commitments. This is part of the Operations Management job function. They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization's goals and strategies.
Requirements:
Scalable leadership experience - Director/Manager level
Commercial real estate experience , preferably in the healthcare industry (hospital buildings, clinics, etc.)
Must have experience working with a union , preferably Local 39
Must have experience working in healthcare or life science environment

What You’ll Do:
• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• Consult with Sr. sales professionals to define complex project requirements. Investigate various approaches to attain end results. Develop action plans for high-potential risks. Ensure the team implements in a timely manner.
• Obtain and coordinate resources needed to service projects and build strategic operational plans. • Responsible for the management of sales, and relationships with large and high-profile clients. Identify latest sales opportunities and improvements within existing accounts.
• Review service level performance reports to ensure client service levels are met and exceeded.
• Troubleshoot escalated open issues and tasks, working closely with both Sr. level internal and client cross functional teams. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for key systems and processes for projects.
• Direct the client and project team regarding the scope of work and responsibilities. daily performance and ongoing delivery against contractual obligations
