Job Description Job Description Job Responsibilities: Warehouse Manager
Maintain high levels of accuracy in daily receiving operations.
Supervises and assigns tasks to Warehouse Associates based on business needs and customer priority.
Review warehouse processes to make sure that operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Update any changes to receiving processes and retrain warehouse personnel as needed.
Coordinates product flow, facility layout, security, and maintenance activities.
Oversees the partnership with LTL (less than a load) providers including cost control, damage claim rate, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure inbound trucks are efficiently unloaded and that all product is properly received and put away in the correct locations.
Manage staff scheduling and attendance based on needs of the warehouse.
Manage individual staff performance through ongoing feedback, support, and provision of resources.
Promote a culture of high performance, customer service, and accountability.
Communicate effectively through email to internal and external customers.
Ability to manage and drive a team effectively to reduce cost and labor spend while maintaining best in class services.
Requirements: Warehouse Manager
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of logistics experience
Minimum 5 years of warehouse leadership experience
Experience working with Netsuite software REQUIRED
Qualifications: Warehouse Manager
Excellent customer service skills, computer skills, and attention to detail required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Proficient in Excel/Word/Outlook
