Under the guidance of the Dean, the Program Director will ensure the excellence and continuous improvement of Fortune School of Education's District Intern Program (Education Specialist track). The Director will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a social justice orientation, and an asset-based approach to teaching and learning.

Requirements / Qualifications
Qualifications:
Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
•Experience teaching in credentialing programs.
•Experience with higher education.
•Experience with curriculum development, implementation, and assessment.
•Experience with accreditation.
Education and Experience:
•Master's degree in Education from an accredited institution. An Earned Doctorate is preferred.
•Current clear Education Specialist teaching credential issued by the State of California is required.
•Track record of successful teaching and advising.
