What you will do

Routinely manage projects valued at $5M to $10M ـ
Oversee and review the estimate developed by the estimating team ـ
Build On Project Manager I Duties And Responsibilities ـ
Proactively identify project opportunities while positively and professionally representing our company ـ
Confirm adherence to specifications and resolve conflicts ـ
Periodic performance evaluation of direct reports, quarterly updates, and proactive training identification ـ
Perform Detailed Audits Of Assigned Projects And Others ـ
Sequences critical path activities and demonstrates how changes impact progress and profit ـ
Identify equipment needs by creating forecasts and managing for responsible equipment utilization ـ
!Help ensure the safety of our team- Everyone is responsible for safety ـ
What we are looking for
;Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering Management, or related discipline ـ
Experience may be considered in lieu of
years of related previous experience +10 ـ
Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, organization, and leadership skills ـ
Broad understanding of the industry and ability to apply knowledge to project-specific work ـ
Ability to analyze and interpret data to guide decision making ـ
Physical Demands
Ability to stand or walk for long periods; use arms and hands to reach for, handle and manipulate objects; lift and
carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to see well and distinguish between back up alarms, voices and
other normal sounds consistent with construction job sites.
Environment Adaptability
Work inside and outside in all weather conditions, and various locations. Hard hat, hearing and eye protection
