What We Are Looking For
A Director to provide leadership to the pre-construction activities of Lighthouse
Someone to develop and coordinate department strategy, aligning with the strategy and goals of the organization
Someone to build systems and processes to unify the company’s Build Process
Someone to support Business Development efforts, specifically to educate customers on the company’s product offerings.
Someone who has a history of building a team through people development and recruiting and hiring
Someone with an ability to drive construction productivity
Someone who understands multi-trade construction sequencing
Someone with a tenacity to achieve results, regardless of external pressure
Someone with electrical contracting experience, preferred
Someone who can stay ahead of current technology trends and industry-specific advances and incorporate changes into the organization as needed
What We Are Offering
Total comp package $140-200k/year DOE
