Seeking a full-time Department Manager with 15-25+ years'
experience to oversee and manage our projects while mentoring and growing our team of NICET
certified construction management/inspection professionals.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is looking for a leadership position with a growing
company. Additionally, there is an opportunity to become an Associate and Shareholder with the
Firm.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with PE License in New Jersey or NICET in Highway
Construction Level IV.
Surface transportation (infrastructure) Agency experience; i.e., NJDOT, NJTA, SJTA, NJT,
Counties and Municipalities.
Successful track record of bringing in new work from proposal development and business development strategies.
Ability to manage and oversee Agency-led construction projects for the clientele above;
Experience with quality assurance/quality control, contract negotiations, cost control and
construction administration.
Strong embedded relationships with the transportation engineering community.
Experience to operate in a Resident Engineer/Assistant Resident Engineer capacity if
needed.
Possess excellent verbal and written skills.
