CoreSite is searching for a digital marketing leader. Our Director of DigitalMarketing is responsible for developing and implementing strategic andintegrated outbound digital marketing initiatives for CoreSite. This leaderwill direct and manage a talented digital marketing team to identify and reachdesired target audiences and deliver quality leads to our sales organization.This role is responsible for using data analytics to continually optimize andmanage our corporate website, digital marketing efforts, social media,database, and support team while partnering with our sales organization.
To ensure alignment, this leader will collaborate with CoreSite's Salesorganization to meet or exceed generated lead targets while leveraging theirrich professional experience and industry best practices.
The Director of Digital Marketing will provide direction and assistance in allareas of digital marketing strategy and execution. This role is responsiblefor developing and driving digital marketing strategy, websitedevelopment, paid media, email marketing, and SEO marketing trends,using best practices to serve the objectives of the organization and adjustingas necessary.
This role is an integral part of a highly collaborative and effectivecross-functional marketing team, so exceptional communication,collaboration and problem-solving skills are required attributes. As digitalmarketing strategies and best practices change quickly, this role requireshigh attention to detail and operates with a high-level of authority andautonomy to make frequent and daily decisions, based on data analytics, tooptimize digital marketing programs and campaigns.
Duties:Continuously optimizes SEO on the Company's website to increase inboundleads and conversion ratesWorks cross-functionally to effectively launch programs with digital channelpartnersEffectively segments and targets desired target audiences and verticalsSets benchmarks and regularly reports on success metrics for management reviewMentors and manages digital marketing teamEffectively manages vendor partnerships and contractsResponsible for paid media strategy and execution (paid ads and contentsyndication)Responsible for creating and executing a digital marketing strategy that'slaser-focused on achieving sales targets and broader Company objectivesManages and optimizes digital marketing budgetResponsible for building successful campaigns from start to finish includingstrategy, landing pages, tracking, implementation, execution, and reportingEnsure that marketing leads from campaigns are being passed correctly andtracked properlyFollow brand standards and have an eye for details that make digital contentstand out in the crowdPartner with the Director, Marketing Communications to strategically delivercontent to the right audience through the right channels at the right timePromote and demonstrate the behaviors consistent with CoreSite's culture andvaluesSpecial projects as assigned
Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience, is required7+ years of B2B digital marketing experience is required5+ years of proven experience in website development is required5+ years management experience preferredStrong understanding of lead flow and optimizing /tracking a buyer'sjourney requiredTechnical acumen and experience managing a B2B marketing technology stack(including SEMRush and HubSpot) requiredExperience working with various database and content management systems,such as SalesForce, On24, BrightTalk, and WordstreamMust have an understanding of the technical workings of digital propertiesincluding but not limited to: HTML, CSS3, UI design, UX design,blogs, and analytic programsPrepared to provide examples of previous campaigns and success criteria andexample metrics
