Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Client Success to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our clients by overseeing client relationships, understanding their needs, and driving the adoption of our software product. As the Senior Director of Client Success, you will lead a talented team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive customer-centric initiatives.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting executive level relationships with key clients.
Understand clients' business objectives and align them with our software solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for escalated client issues and resolutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
Advocate for client needs and feedback within the organization.
Maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Client Success Managers.
Lead your team, through creating and executing a cohesive strategy with tangible goals, consistent performance, and tracking of key metrics to drive retention and expansion
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
Client Advocacy:
Champion the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and enhancements.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive client advocacy and referenceability.
Client Success Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive client success strategy aligned with the company's goals.
Collaborate with product management to ensure client feedback is incorporated into future product iterations.
Metrics and Reporting:
Establish and monitor objectives to measure client success and satisfaction.
Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on client engagement and retention.
Customer Onboarding and Training:
Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective implementation.
Work closely with the training team to create programs to enhance client understanding and utilization of our software.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Client Success or Account Management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and exceed client expectations.
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of SaaS products.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong background in the lease accounting software industry.
