Responsibilities
LOCATION: Tulsa
Key Accountabilities:
Apply knowledge of engineering (e.g., manufacturing, tooling, quality, and statistics, etc.) to analyze requirements of contracts, drawings, and specifications to evaluate production processes for compliance.
Ability to perform configuration audits and reviews of products, tools, and processes.
Analyze First Pass Yield data and collect evidence to understand the contributing causes and plan audits of the affected processes
Provide education and coaching on the Quality Management System.
Skill in process improvement methodologies (i.e., root cause analysis) to plan and coordinate process improvements.
Ability to ensure sequenced inspection control points, create and maintain inspection accountability systems.
Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement preventative measures, corrective action, procedural changes, and process improvements to present resultant findings.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years experience in Quality / Audit / Compliance
MS Office, especially Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Experienced with MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
Strong understanding of Boeing engineer/ specification requirements
Extensive experience in major assembly and sub assembly operations
Bachelor's Degree
SAP experience
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and team-based environment
Ability to prioritize requests from multiple sources and support requirements
Self-motivated; taking ownership of projects and issues, including follow through to closure and resolution
APQP – (MSA, PFMEA, Control Plans)
The ability to professionally and diplomatically communicate with all employees/ Leadership and Auditees and Candidates
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Great attitude and willingness to learn
