Responsibilities:
Meet all required recruitment goals for the week, month and quarter.
Act as a strategic partner with the operations team to close open requisitions and reduce overtime.
Meet with Operations team weekly to discuss open requisitions and progress of candidates in the process.
Generate weekly reports via our applicant tracking system to distribute to operations and HR management team.
Partner with external organizations to widen pool of qualified candidates for various position.
Post position openings on external websites.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma and at least three years of experience recruiting in a high volume work place.
Must be very organized with superior attention to detail.
Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMs preferred).
Must be flexible and willing to work weekends and some evenings as needed.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
