Full Job Description - Key Account Manager Job Summary
Q, LLC. is seeking an experienced industry professional to fill the position of Key Account Manager within our growing sales department. The purpose of the Key Account Manager is to identify and generate revenue opportunities by developing strategic relationships with industry resellers. This position involves simultaneously managing customer retention and network expansion, while promoting a full line of current and upcoming products. For this position you MUST reside in Texas or California.
Core Responsibilities of the Job
Client Management - Pull-through marketing support, tracking inventory, product education and demonstration, etc.
Sales revenue reporting and forecasting.
Prospecting new accounts.
Buy Group and tradeshow management and execution.
Eligibility
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must reside in Texas or California.
Must have a clean record and ability to pass a background check.
Must have the ability to travel as needed, sometimes multiple trips per month.
Must have sales and client management experience within the firearms industry, preferably with Buy Groups specifically.
Must be comfortable demonstrating and shooting firearms in a safe and responsible manner.
Schedule/Availability
The work schedule can vary based on project requirements.
Standard business hours are typically: 09:00AM - 5:00PM
In addition, during peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, the schedule may include early mornings or late nights/overnights for certain positions.
Experience (nice to have; not required)
1 year of firearm industry sales experience required.
Some education or experience with manufacturing, product management, project planning or administering part of a business operation.
Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above required.
