Currently ManTech is seeking a Finance Manager IV to join our team on a Remote Basis supporting our growing Defense Sector and Marine Corps programs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The Finance Manager IV assigns and supervises Program Control Analyst work tasks.

They perform quality reviews and operate ManTech’s financial backend systems and financial information (purchase orders, Maverick TDP budgets, etc.).

The Finance Manager IV directly interfaces with TDP stakeholders and the ManTech backend business functions.

They work with the senior-level Program Control Analysts, providing budgetary models and collecting input/output cash flow to keep the financial models accurately projecting TDP budget consumption and trends, and identifying potential concerns.

They supervise and mentor subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.

The Finance Manager IV is an SME with expertise in backend business operations.

They interact with Business Operations Director III.

Experience:

7 years of position-specific relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.

Security Clearance:

Active Secret Security Clearance

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
