Extensive expertise in product development across diverse platforms and technologies.
Proven track record in leading large-scale projects and teams.
Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and effectively manage conflicts and expectations.
Experience spanning web-based, desktop-based, and cross-platform solutions.
Strong background in crafting solution architecture and designing technology solutions through meticulous evaluation of various technologies and components.
Proficiency in analyzing customer problems and proposing innovative solutions.
Hands-on experience with web technologies such as Angular and cloud solutions like Azure.
Preferential experience with No-SQL solutions.
Background in client-facing technical roles, particularly in customer success or delivery management, with a history of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Establishing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including Engineers, Enterprise Architects, IT Directors, and C-Level executives such as Chief Digital Officers (CDOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), and Chief Information Officers (CIOs).
Ability to effectively communicate technical issues to key stakeholders in a manner that fosters trust and positions oneself as a "trusted advisor."
