Our client, a work apparel company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to be join their team in a fulltime, role working onsite in Quincy, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies designed to enhance brand awareness, attract new and existing customers, and boost sales. You will work closely with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to identify go-to-market strategies and opportunities.

Portfolio Note: Candidates must have 3-4 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the retail industry or a related field in order to be considered for this role.

You Will:

Develop strategic marketing plans by outlining goals, tactics, budget requirements, and recapping and analyzing results

Assist in managing and leading contractors and agencies while fostering collaboration and innovation

Utilize marketing and customer data to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies and campaigns to drive new and repeat sales of individual and B2B customers

Oversee the creation and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (email, paid search, social media), print, direct mail, etc.

Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact

Drive creative brand-building initiatives to maintain and enhance brand identity and market position

You Have:

A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

3-4 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the retail industry or a related field

Experience in Microsoft Suite, GA4, ESPs, and social media platforms

Solid understanding of and experience using modern digital marketing technologies

Data-driven decision-making and analytics expertise

Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, partnered with motivation, enthusiasm, and inquisitiveness

Interest in exploring new marketing terrain and driving change

Confidence to present your ideas, projects, and results in front of the management team.

Experience taking creative and "fresh look" approaches to planning and execution; not risk-adverse
