Director Of Sales

The Director of Sales will assist the Vice President of Sales to manage and oversee all residential sales operations. The Director will be responsible for creating systems and reports, analyzing and managing critical data, and helping to design strategic plans to meet goals. The Director will also assist with coordination of internal and external sales-related functions and partners and will help develop, cultivate, and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities
Assist in development and execution of strategic plans required to fulfill the sales growth and revenue goals.
Assist in coordinating all aspects of the sales function including inside sales and outside sales.
Create, coordinate, and manage effective delivery of reporting, including accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipelines and forecasts.
Assist in compiling, analyzing and reporting all relevant data to inform project pricing and ensure pricing is marked to market.
Manage, analyze and report cost/benefit data for events, travel, and lead generation across all projects.
Create database and system to track and report lead effectiveness data for all projects.
Research and analyze the competitive marketplace for each project and compile database by project and area.
Assist in coordination/management of sales-related marketing activities for all residential projects, including budgets and schedules.
Collaborate with Legal Department, Finance, the related Construction Project Manager and internal or external Property Management resource to ensure timely coordination of - Condominium Associations Documents, Branding Documents, HOA and Assessment Schedule.
Provide follow-up and quality assurance for all residential property management issues post-closing.
Assist with buyer relationships to proactively address issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with Customer Service and Legal to provide consistent and proactive follow-up.
Other duties as needed/assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or Business Administration
Active real estate license; working knowledge of MLS system
7-10 years of relevant experience
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Strong communication and leadership skills
