Job Description Job Description We are looking for a creative and adaptable Marketing leader who will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through both online and offline marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee in-house marketing team
• Deploy successful digital marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Work to implement email, SEO (search engine optimization), SEM (paid search), affiliate marketing, and paid social strategies
• Regularly analyze marketing reports & traffic data to understand shifts in consumer behavior
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
• Own company website content and SEO strategies including creation of copy, photography, and video
• Manage department budget, including the issuing of purchase orders, as well as the reconciliation of actual spend to planned budget
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Direct social media engagement strategy; help manage content for 2 brands' LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest accounts
• Review and approve ad content/material for both print and digital media
• Analyze market trends and conduct competitor research
• Proof-reading branded content
• Work cooperatively with other team members, other management, stakeholders, involves others, shares information
• Strong effective leadership
• Builds constructive working relationships with clients/customers, other work units, etc.
Qualifications:
• Must have at least 5 years experience managing an in-house marketing team
• Must have extensive experience generating leads
• 7 - 10 years of overall marketing management experience, with strong knowledge of digital marketing
• Great organizational skills
• Comfort and adaptability to work individually, as well as in team settings
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe suites
• Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus
• Strong knowledge/comfort level with LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media channels
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and strategies
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment
• Graphic design experience
• Up to date on latest marketing technology trends
