The UFP Edge Director of Retail will lead our retail division and serve as the face of Edge to our Big Box customers wholesale distribution efforts. As the Director of Retail, you will be responsible for: Face of Edge to Big Box Customers: Serve as the primary point of contact and face of UFP Edge to our Big Box customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Merchant and Associate Relationships: Develop and manage relationships with merchants and associates, working collaboratively to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

SOS Program: Work closely with the Wholesale Business Unit (WBU) team to establish downstream SOS programs that streamline stocking, ordering, and shipping processes.

Product Line-Up Strategy: Collaborate on crafting a product line-up strategy that focuses on high-margin value-added products, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

PLR Architecture: Take ownership of the Product Line Review (PLR) architecture, optimizing product offerings and ensuring they align with market demands.

Big Box Events: Attend Big Box events and trade shows to represent the Edge Brand, promote our products, and strengthen relationships with key partners.

Overall, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing relationships with merchants and associates, collaborating with the Wholesale Business Unit (WBU) team to establish downstream SOS (Stocking, Ordering, and Shipping) programs, and crafting a product lineup strategy that emphasizes high-margin value-added products. This role also involves taking responsibility for the Product Line Review (PLR) architecture and actively participating in Big Box events to support the Edge Brand.
