Responsibilities The Vice President Sales, Distribution will be responsible for managing all aspects of the traditional, national account and commercial sales channels for the JELD-WEN Distribution Business Unit
The position will be a primary member within the distribution leadership team, and will be a key role in developing and implementing strategies and driving financial results
Establishes and implements sales strategies to support sales and profit growth within the assigned sales channels and across the JELD-WEN enterprise
Develops annual sales plans and associated regional sales budgets
Manages all sales team members and processes
Cultivates and fosters strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Attends and participates in key trade and customer events
Trains, mentors and motivates the sales team
Coaches and develops future leaders of the business
Ability to manage and plan multiple tasks / projects simultaneously
Change Management Builds commitment and overcomes resistance
Travel to meetings, market visits, etc
