DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (FINANCIAL SERVICES)

What experience should you have:

7+ years experience in selling data related services and solutions to C-Suite stakeholders.

An established network of existing relationships in the financial services industry.

Demonstrated success in expanding market presence using innovative sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Relationships within a partner ecosystem (Salesforce, Adobe, Google, etc.) is a plus.

What you'll be doing in this role:

Generate leads through the financial services vertical to evangelize the value of working with Further.

Nurture and qualify leads by determining target clients, defining the business challenges, and articulate how our services and solutions can solve those challenges.

Resource and collaborate with the appropriate Further team to quantify the needs and build credibility with clients.

Lead the creation and delivery of compelling presentations for prospects that reflects our ability to uniquely solve their challenges and positively impact their business.

Lead the proposal process in collaboration with the Further team to identify scope, statement of work, estimates, etc.

Engage with the necessary decision-makers, procurement, legal teams in order to move our proposals through the decision-making process and stay on target with deadlines.

Successfully transition new client relationships to our Client Services team to create opportunities for us to grow the relationship over time.

What you'll need to accomplish in your first year:

Build a deep understanding of Further's solutions and services, target market, and value proposition.

Effectively communicate the value of Further's offering to tailor solutions to meet client needs.

Consistently achieve or surpass sales quotas of $1.5 million annually.
