Responsibilities:
BSW Rehab Southside is seeking a new Center Manager to grow a clinic in the historic Southside neighborhood, near the Medical District, in Fort Worth. Our relatively new clinic has established relationships with the adjacent Orthopedic practice and is primed for growth and program development. We provide high-level care to adult orthopedic and workers comp clients. The Center Manager is expected to manage daily operations and maintain an active patient caseload. Clinic hours are variable, 7 AM 6 PM, Monday Friday. The ideal candidate would be motivated, innovative, organized, and autonomous, with excellent communication skills and strong manual therapy skills.
Qualifications:
Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required)
Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
