We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to take charge of all marketing initiatives, including branding, advertising and creative projects.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department.

We are looking for a talented marketing strategist who can inspire team members and drive success.

In this role, you will lead our Marketing department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for overall brand strategy of Lycamobile in the US

· Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including marketing materials, communications, and digital platforms.

· Develop and execute comprehensive retail marketing strategies to drive store traffic and sales

· Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling in-store promotions and campaigns

· Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including signage, displays, and promotional materials

· Rate plan bundling promotions, in conjunction with the UK product team

· Plan and implement product launches, ensuring effective communication and promotion

· Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies

· Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities, and translate these findings into actionable strategies that differentiate our brand and drive growth.

· Prepare and manage annual marketing budget

· Strategic endorsements from niche personalities targeting for example, ethnic immigrant communities

· Strategic partnerships with other brands and services

· Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team

· Able to drive deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-evolving environment

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· 10+ years of marketing experience with a major wireless or retail brand

· An MBA or comparable degree in Marketing or General Management or additional years of relevant work experience

· 5+ years of people management experience

· Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
