Requirements: How You Will Make A Difference:
Develop, implement, and monitor strategic marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, email, trade) to achieve key marketing objectives of lead generation and conversion to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and achieve sales targets.
Works with Digital Marketing to plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Manage the creation and production of compelling marketing materials, including sales and product brochures, ads, presentations, and promotional videos.
Prepare go to market and new product launch plan for all new products.
Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize impact.
Lead outside vendors staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies, applying new ideas and best practices to marketing efforts.
Collaborates with sales and product teams to develop salient branding messages by sales channel.
Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video content.
Utilize a quantitative marketing approach to collect data, analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and report to the management team marketing metrics, brand reporting, campaign recaps and updates.
Travel to support tradeshows and sales calls may be periodically required
Manage outside vendors, potential for other direct reports
Performs other duties as assigned
Do You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns.
Ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic modes.
Experience developing cohesive brand strategies and translating them into effective execution.
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and strategies.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to make informed marketing decisions.
Creative mindset with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
