**Warehouse Manager Key Responsibilities**:
* Demonstrate effective team leadership for a department of distribution center associates, including managing associate work schedules/assignments, setting clear performance standards, delivering feedback and coaching team members in all aspects of job performance
* A manager to, champion the continuous process improvement mindset which includes the analysis of business-related statistics/metric reports and the implementation of creative solutions that improve service delivery, including the development of new policies and training.
* Identify training needs and ensure each employee has the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as the material resources necessary to provide a world-class level of service
* Create and maintain the appropriate workplace culture and ensure that all facets (e.g., onboarding, compensation, communication channels, recognition & rewards, etc.) reinforce the appropriate job-related behaviors that enable business and customer success
* Ensure that subordinate supervisors document employee issues regarding attendance, performance, conduct, and consistently deliver appropriate corrective action as needed
* Produce reports and statistics as required
* Establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of team management and key stakeholders
* Other duties assigned as needed
**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of a Master Electronics Warehouse Manager:**
* Bachelors degree preferred
* 5+ years of experience managing warehouse teams/operation teams
* Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
* Logistics & Inventory management experience
* Understanding of warehouse operations, planning, and scheduling
* Above-average literacy in desktop technology (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, etc.) in the performance of job responsibilities, with an emphasis on data management and reporting capabilities
* Ability to coach subordinate supervisors and develop same, as evidenced by highly reliable production metrics (i.e., quality and quantity)
* Proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives
* Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Possess the ability to handle administrative duties and the mental alertness to ensure accurate, safe, and thorough completion of work activities
* Possess the ability to concentrate and make effective decisions in spite of frequent interruptions
* Team leader operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of a variety of work styles, personalities, and career levels
**Typical Physical Demands:**
* Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing 1 ounce to 70 pounds
* Forklift operating experience
* Job duties typically require standing, sitting, walking, bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and/or reaching
* Ability to work effectively in hot and cold temperatures
