Customer Care Coordinator

JOB FUNCTION:

The primary responsibility of this position is to direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority of planning, organization, control, integration, execution of, and completion of Mobile Field projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assign equipment to specific phases or aspects of project, and oversee’ s equipment preparation, loading and testing, in accordance with Mobile project procedure.

Oversees review of project design for compliance with organization standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.

Evaluates project changes, specifications, and equipment inventory.

Assists with the preparation of equipment for the job when needed.

Responsible for tracking the profitability of Mobile Field Service jobs.

Performs other duties as directed.

Excellent skills in customer service.

Attention to detail and follow-through.

Must have PC experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and database programs.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma/GED required. Associates degree preferred.

Minimum three years of relevant experience in a fast-paced office environment highly preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.

Ability to think quickly, assess a situation and make a sound decision.

Experience with technology for optimizing efficiency.
