Legal Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join a national law firm for a temporary assignment. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal recruiting process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This assignment is expected to last for 6 months+.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, room reservations, and travel arrangements as needed.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for recruitment metrics and analysis.
Handle logistical arrangements for recruitment events, such as job fairs, campus visits, and networking receptions.
Liaise with hiring managers, recruiters, and attorney's to coordinate recruitment activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Communicate effectively with candidates, providing information about job opportunities, benefits, and the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in legal recruitment or human resources coordination is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Compensation:
$30-$40/hr. depending on relevant experience
