Impact:
As our Legal Recruiter in our Talent Acquisition Department, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our Law Firm by sourcing, selecting, and onboarding exceptional Legal and Support staff.
Daily Tasks:
Source candidates from diverse channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
Screen potential candidates, assessing their qualifications and fit for various roles.
Negotiate salaries and benefits packages with candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers.
Conduct thorough interview follow-ups and provide feedback to candidates.
Prepare and present offer letters to selected candidates.
Participate in initial requisition and status report meetings with Hiring Managers.
Create and manage engaging job postings on various platforms.
Your Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of Full-Cycle Recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on recruiting Attorneys and Paralegals.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and Hiring Managers.
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring and recruitment in the legal industry.
Proficiency in Office 365 software suite.
