As a Customer Relationship & Dispatch Manager for us, you help meet our daily revenue goals by being the voice of our company! You get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer phones, schedule, and confirm appointments. You analyze service call opportunities and match the best technicians to the job. Using your top-notch communication skills, you update the client about any potential delays and reschedule as necessary. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including keeping the office clean and organized. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Ability to type 65 WPM
* Ability to pass a background and drug test
