**REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR MANAGER - CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP & PLUMBING DISPATCHER**
You are the voice of Monkey Wrench and responsible for ensuring the utmost customer satisfaction. And, as a result of your skills, you manage to help us achieve daily revenue goals. Your demeanor in person and phone etiquette is always positive and friendly as you interact with customers to schedule and confirm appointments.
When it comes to assigning calls to technicians, you ensure that the job fits the skill level. You are also known for your communication skills and ability to keep everyone informed along the way whether that be potential delays or a rescheduling need. Other various tasks that include keeping the office well-organized and clean are at the top of your to-do list.
