Account Manager
The Account Manager is responsible for the management of our contracted facilities. The account manager maintains the company's existing relationships with facility, to ensure continued use of the company for their ancillary services. Account managers serve as the interface between the facility and the doctor ensuring both parties needs are being met and that the opportunities are maximized, that all available patients are seen. They are assigned to the company’s existing and new accounts. The account manager is the subject matter expert understanding the customer's demands, sets action items to meet these demands, and make changes as needed to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. The account manager schedules patient visits for owned accounts and makes sure the facility and doctor are aware of the visits and the expectations of the visit. They follow up post visit, address any issues that arise, and work to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. To be successful in this role we look for the ability to act with a sense of urgency, be and stay organized and be able to embrace relationship with the facility and doctor alike.
Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters both from the facility end and the doctor end.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the patient lists prior to a visit according to facility requirements.
Clearly communicate with the providers of any special needs or requirements before each visit.
Follow up post visit with the doctor and the facility if there are any outstanding matters to be resolved post visit.
so that the doctors needs are met so they remain happy and fulfilled and stay with the company.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Prepare reports on account status based on questions by management.
