Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director/Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of nine sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the achievement of sales targets and overall business objectives. While you will not have direct sales responsibilities, you will work closely with the sales team, riding along with them to client meetings and projects, offering insights, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
