Arcadis is seeking a Construction Manager to join our Places Infrastructure team in San Francisco, CA. This position is on client site.

Role description:
Construction Manager with (MEP) experience will be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of the MEP work and the work of the entire project. This includes scope conformance, schedule, cost, quality reviews and the onsite tracking of all project work. Additionally, this position coordinates with the client and end user project team and the as well as the contractor's team performing the work for the project.
Role accountabilities:
Track and coordinate all correspondence, Daily Reports, RFI's, Transmittals, Submittals, Meetings, Documents, Drawings, Specifications, Punch Lists, Reports, etc.
Contractor change order review.
Monthly contractor schedule review for all project activities.
Inspector of Record (IOR) and AHJ coordination.
Monthly pay application review including cost and resource loading, as required.
Coordinate with contractor and client/end user on project logistics and temporary facility plans.
Coordinate and review the commissioning of all required project work, with Engineer & Client.
Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as required by the client and Arcadis.
Represent Arcadis at weekly Owner's meetings.
Provide coordination with the client for work installed by the State or under separate contracts.
Supervise, develop, and mentor Project Engineers, if applicable.
Qualifications & Experience:
7+ years of experience in Construction/MEP Coordination
Thorough knowledge of all mechanical, electrical plumbing and low-voltage systems
General understanding of Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes as they relate to construction of project
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering a plus
General knowledge of construction principles/practices required
Experienced dealing with MEP subcontracts and subcontractors
Central Utility Plant experience required.
