Operator Sanel Thomas won Champions Club and Symbol of Success twice as a Mall Operator before being selected to Own and Operate Chick-fil-A Stockyards
Sanel also has a strong connection to Chick-fil-A LDP and is looking for high-level leaders that he can grow into the Leadership Development program to launch a leader into the Owner/Operator or Corporate Leadership Position. This development will require a minimum of 3-5 year commitment in the restaurant, followed by a 2-3 year commitment in LDP, before being able to apply for Owner/Operator

Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and managing lean inventory systems.
Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
Background Profile
2 years of Restaurant Management experience
Must have a basic understanding of all kitchen operations
Hospitality experience (preferred)
