J ob Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support to office and plant personnel.
Work directly with end-users in office and manufacturing plant environments to assess and document technical or system-related issues and requests and track them to resolution.
Install, troubleshoot, replace, and configure IT components in office and plant warehouse, such as Computers, Monitors, Printers, VoIP Phones, Network Switches, Thin Clients, Barcode Scanners, Label Printers, etc.
Work directly with vendors and managed service providers to resolve escalated issues.
Responsible for maintaining our inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
Support manufacturing personnel and operations with technical questions and issues.
Provide training and guidance to users on applications, systems, and other IT-related topics.
Requirements
R equirements Must be passionate about providing an excellent service experience and helping others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
1-3 years previous or IT work experience in IT, or related technical function.
Highly analytical, able to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, network environments, security configurations, and group policy management.
Must be comfortable working with and supporting a wide range of technologies.
Must have great attention to detail.
