Job Description Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator in Chicago! This position will support the regional marketing and business development efforts.
Some things you can expect to do:
Coordinate advertising and public relations tasks, including award submissions, sponsorships, industry events, etc.
Support business development and customer events, including tradeshows and industry conferences.
Coordinate marketing for regional projects including site signage and fence wrap needs, groundbreaking event, grand opening event, photography, and public relations.
Regional CRM oversight & maintenance for accurate project information.
Monitor industry social media marketing strategies and tools to ensure Ryan's competitive advantage as well as executing on regional public relations efforts.
Execute regional communications such as direct mailings, e-campaigns, newsletters, etc.
Maintain regional project summary sheets.
Interact with national and other regional marketers for branding continuity, national pursuits, and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you must have knowledge of database concepts, such as CRM systems and their uses. A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field is required. You must have solid experience with Microsoft Office & be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

A basic understanding of marketing principles and A/E/C industry terminology and procedures.
