As the Director of Operations at ROKA you will be responsible for overseeing demand/supply planning, inventory management, logistics, and our Austin-based assembly and fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building processes from scratch with the ability to both oversee and execute.
Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple operational teams, from demand planning and inventory management to logistics and assembly/light manufacturing.
Participate in setting organizational strategy and operating goals, translating strategy into operational plans and leading the team through execution
Develop operating budgets and resource plans to execute growth initiatives
Forecast business trends for company operations
Identify problems, build plans and drive implementation
Optimize resources, including inventory, facilities, budget dollars, physical and capital assets, and talent
Ensure appropriate reporting tools are in place to monitor results with a focus of driving continual improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness of key business processes
Coordinate with managers across multiple departments to ensure the departments operate smoothly and are on track
Build and maintain measures for improving business processes & strategies for success

Consumer packaged goods experience a plus
Demonstrated excellence at team building and management.
Work Location:
ROKA is located in Austin, TX, USA. This is an “in person” role, and candidates must be prepared to work on-site full-time. Remote candidates will not be considered for this position.
