Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition
The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition supports the recruiting cycle from candidate sourcing and evaluation to closing of all positions for Elevate. The position is a recruiting business partner, supports the front-end recruitment strategy, integrates a focus on diversity sourcing and recruitment that includes sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, plans interviews and selection procedures, and hosts or participates in career events.
The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead . This position is located in Chicago, Illinois and is remote with some onsite work as needed.
Responsibilities Execute full cycle recruitment campaigns to fulfill business objectives and Talent Acquisition needs.
Participate in requisition meetings with the hiring manager to ensure understanding of business, staffing, and job requisition needs and alignment of recruiting goals and methodologies.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including diversity outreach, to proactively source and identify active and passive candidates; build and maintain a vast network of effective professional relationships and a diverse talent pipeline.
Conduct phone and virtual screens to qualify candidates against position requirements, present most qualified candidates to hiring manager, and advise in the selection of qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews, coordinate interview panels, and manage interview logistics for a seamless and captivating experience.
Document recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Recruiting Dashboard in a timely and accurate manner.
Utilize ATS and various tools to track recruiting metrics and identify market trends to help drive recruitment strategies.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Serve as brand ambassador at various events including career fairs, on-campus recruiting events, etc.
Serve as a strategic and trusted partner to hiring managers, staying informed on current and future staffing needs.
Demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, effective organization, and sense of urgency in performance of responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred
At least three (3+) years of full life cycle recruiting experience to include sourcing, screening, and interviewing is required
Experience in full cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions in various departments required
Prior experience with ATS system(s) required
Demonstrated knowledge of current recruiting practices, processes, technologies, and trends, with the ability to research and learn new technologies and concepts quickly
Proven success with sourcing and search techniques, such as familiarity with online and offline sourcing, with a demonstrated ability to identify and recommend top talent
Strong communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization, including senior leadership
Ability to exercise discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions
Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team

This is an exempt individual contributor position with a salary range of $60,000 – 80,000, based on experience.
