Aligns with Davenport & Satellites IT Manager to balance resource capacity of location resources to project needs. Maintains strong collaboration and partnership with business functional owners, Global information systems, procurement, finance, engineering, and plant lead team members. Inspires team to generate and deliver new value-add ideas. Regularly communicates project status to the project steering team and stakeholders. Addresses issues promptly and escalates issues appropriately to the project steering team. Resolves team conflicts and escalates appropriately. Supports the company's Compliance activities by performing annual system testing for adherence to IT System and SOX Audit requirements, assists SOX audit teams and internal audit teams as required, and performs Disaster Recovery testing as required.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution. 5 years minimum experience in a similar role. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in information technology or related field from an accredited institution Experience in the manufacturing, quality systems, and metals industry. Subject matter expert in EBS Order to Cash Demonstrated application support and operations management experience. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong business process and manufacturing knowledge Effective people and team leadership skills Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies Experience with ASAT / internal audit processes. Experience with Issue and Financial management. Understanding of Datamarts and data transformation Creative thinker Knowledge of ABS principles
