Stratacent is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IDQ Lead with expertise in SQL, ETL skills, UNIX, shell and AutoSys with Informatica as a tool. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of Data Analytics skills to identify the Data discrepancy in the source file and between source and target as well , also the willingness to adapt and support a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for complete Data Mapping by working with Source and Target SMEs.
Identify alternate approach for the data discrepancy between source and target.
Analyze the source data, complete data profiling and volume metric analysis.
Come up with source to target data load strategy, design and plan.
Come up with repeatable source to target data reconciliation strategy and plan.
Align with the solution architect and SMEs on the data mapping, load, design strategy and plan.
Work with data load team to implement the data load strategy and design to completion.
Delivery of the entire data load from end to end.
Required Skills:
Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Product Expertise.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
Minimum 6 years overall current and hands-on development experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) and Informatica PowerCenter.
Minimum 5 years of current and hands-on experience with complex SQL and high-volume Relational databases and SQL Query performance tuning.
Minimum 2 years of current and hands-on UNIX shell scripting experience.
Minimum 2 years of current and hands-on Autosys experience.
Hands-on experience with code management tools such as GitHub or ClearCase.
Self-starter that takes initiative to fill in gaps where needed.
Review and accept software and interface requirements.
Develop and deliver IDQ components as specified in the design, functional and non-functional requirements, within established budget, time and quality standards.
Perform unit testing of IDQ components and document test results.
Complete code reviews IDQ components, and complete documentation of issues identified and action items.
Correct testing defects and support all testing, including but not limited to: Development Integration Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, End-to-End Testing, and Performance Testing.
Preferred Skills:
ETL Development experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
Understanding of the secondary mortgage or financial services industry.
Experience in AGILE based project development.
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills and experience with project delivery.
Superior communications skills, comfortable with working with middle and senior management.
Experience with DB2, Oracle, Stored Procedures, Complex SQLs tuning, data replication between databases is preferred.
