Marketing Manager

Job Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of marketing professionals within the marketing department. They will deliver a robust and profitable marketing plan to create an exciting experience for the consumer at all touch points. In addition, they will oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns to promote and strengthen tgin’s digital and retail footprints to drive explosive growth.
Duties/Responsibilities: Lead the creation and management of the yearly marketing budget and calendar
Lead 360 planning to develop cross functional marketing plans for launches and campaigns with touchpoints: Media, Social, Creative, Events, PR & Influencer Marketing
Partner with Creative and Digital to translate the brand story into concepts with compelling designs and copy to continue to elevate the brand
Identify strategic partnerships to collaborate and expand brand awareness for product launches, events, and campaigns
Lead team to craft powerful product storytelling and positioning in partnership with Social E-Commerce, and Sales
Partner with E-Commerce to strategize on premium content and campaigns to increase our consumer demographic and acquisition
Identify strategic ways to expand brand awareness through product launches, events, and campaigns
Collaborate with brand manager on product strategies with a focus on trend analysis and category innovation
Oversee event management in conjunction with Events Manager
Establish key metrics to analyze campaign performance to allocate funds and determine ROI

Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 7 years of operational marketing experience within beauty, fashion, CPG (must have beauty experience)
Proven successful track record in marketing
Experience leading small to medium sizes teams, and managing multiple vendors
Experience targeting Gen Z consumer base
Experience partnering with retailers including Ulta, Target and Walmart
Comfortable with a fast-pace environment
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
