Job Description:
Likewize is searching for an Account Director to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.
In this role, you will take autonomy, collaboration, and the mobile device industry to find your perfect job as a full cycle sales professional. Are you a hungry sales or account management professional? Are you relentless in your pursuit of excellence?
You will leverage your strong leadership, supply chain acumen, process improvement experience and a passion for driving operational excellence to find commonalities across business needs, recommend improvements and drive efficiencies in line with overall business growth. This position will work with the several Key stakeholder groups supporting the Sales organization, Operations and Enablement organizations. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Think like an entrepreneur and contribute to our team’s playbook.
Create a detailed business plan for the account according to financial targets
Set and manage sales goals and quotas at a day-to-day level reporting to the segment lead
Ensure the on-time delivery of Likewize’ commitments to the client per contractual SLAs
Work closely with operations and finance to ensure day-to-day business alignment
Identify new sales opportunities within the account for other Likewize products (cross-sell)
Schedule, prepare for and lead regular client business reviews (Weekly / Quarterly)
Prepare and present reports on KPIs to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure that all requests for quotation are addressed per client demands & internal processes
Expand the relationship throughout the client and Likewize’ mutual footprint
If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience.
Knowledge of domestic/global mobile device industry.
10 years+ of experience as an Account Director or similar role (client relations)
Outstanding negotiation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A self-starter with enthusiasm and passion for the industry
Excellent people and communication skills, both in person and on phone/email.
Creativity in both presentation materials and communication style.
Above average business acumen and solid knowledge of marketing.
The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Computer knowledge required (proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Bachelors in Business Administration or related preferred.
