Within Tripadvisor, the B2B Hotels team provides products to hoteliers that help increase bookings, improve their hotels reputation, and manage day to day operations. We also generate some of the biggest revenue streams in the company.

This **Product Manager** position is within the B2B Hotels product team - and will own the Reputation Pro product, which helps hoteliers drive more bookings and impact their ranking on Tripadvisor and beyond. In this role, you will need to focus on both sides of the platform, finding solutions that are beneficial to the consumers and business customers alike. You are equally likely to find yourself contributing to growth goals by improving our self service offering as well as tackling complex technical product areas, such as partner connectivity and machine learning powered review authentication. As a PM, and owner of the Reputation Pro product, you will influence the product strategy, own your roadmap, and produce specifications that evolve the platforms feature set for both internal and external customers, while working closely with engineering to release quality deliverables on-time.

This position is full time and remote.

**Responsibilities**

* Own the Reputation Pro product, and deliver features that benefit your consumer and business stakeholders, while driving the best results for Tripadvisor.

* Understand and influence the product strategy of Reputation Pro and B2B Hotels; actively contribute to OKR planning; build and own your roadmap.

* Develop requirements and specifications that are informed by the product strategy, competitive positioning, customer feedback, technical feasibility and your unique insight.

* Live in the data: analyze, research and gather support for requirements and product decisions. Drive clarity across the organization, and ensure project visibility to stakeholder

* Lead cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, owning the product from conception through launch to maturity and support.

* Embrace hypothesis testing methodology: work with Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering to define, build and launch tests, internalize the learnings, and iterate to find and roll out wins.

* Hold a high bar for quality: ensure that every release is useful, reliable, and properly tested.

* Work closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure a continuous two-way communication, informing, training and getting feedback from clients.

****Qualifications****

* 4+ years of comparable internet product management experience. B2B/ B2C SaaS experience or experience with two-sided platforms preferred.

* 1+ years experience in an entrepreneurial/ startup environment. Failures are OK.

* Consistent track record of executing cross-functional initiatives

* Strong problem solving, analytic, and decision-making skills. Able to ask the right questions, interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective action plans to resolve issues.

* Good business judgment when making decisions and understanding the relevance/ impact of each decision on the strategic direction of the team and the business.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with various audiences across different seniority levels and a spectrum of functions. Sense of humor preferred.

* Passion for travel preferred.
