Description MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of the HCM system.
Work closely with the People Services Manager to drive the strategic development and optimization plans of new and existing HR systems.
Execute projects aimed at introducing new or improved HCM functionalities.
Explore new and emerging HR technologies, including AI and self-service automation, to create efficiencies.
Analyze HCM business processes and workflows to provide recommendations on changes and improvements.
Remain updated on HCM updates and new functionalities offered.
Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of other MCCNO systems as required.
Perform the day-to-day administration of the HCM system, ensuring optimal performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HCM system issues and work with IT and UKG to identify and resolve technical issues, diagnose the root cause, successfully resolve, and document best practices to mitigate future issues.
Work with IT, finance, and other functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration across MCCNO systems.
Perform comprehensive audits of employee data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency across the HCM system.
Perform testing process for changes before deployment as appropriate and document changes before and after deployment.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes and configurations.
Create and manage learning materials for end-users, facilitating optimal system utilization.
Leverage advanced analytics, data visualizations, and business intelligence tools by providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Work with IT to obtain data from other internal and external data sources in support of business intelligence initiatives.
Create intuitive and interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time and historical metrics tailored to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
Continuously develop new and enhanced reporting, analytics, and data visualizations that support BI initiatives.
Qualifications Experience Required Knowledge of HCM systems, HR processes, and data management principles required.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and four to six years related experience and training in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Specific experience with UKG, Cognos, Power BI, or other HCM/HR or BI software is preferred.
