Large Cabin Training Program Delivery Manager (NJUS)

Purpose of Position The Large Cabin Training Program Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and leading the Large Cabin Instructor program, including full-time Ground Instructors. Regularly review training effectiveness and seek feedback from instructors and trainees to identify areas for improvement.

Design, develop, and manage training programs aligning with the company's service standards and safety procedures.

Collaborate with the Large Cabin Training Content Specialist to ensure training content is current, relevant, and engaging.

Identify, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, including scope changes during the implementation of new training programs.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training to ensure the training programsremain relevant and effective.

Education Bachelor's in Business Certifications and Licenses Years of Experience 6-8 years of experience Core Competencies Adaptability Collaboration Curiosity Service-Oriented Strives For Positive Results Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs) Bachelor's degree in a related field (aviation, education, business, etc.).
