Experience/Qualifications/Capabilities:
Strong leadership and team building skills a must
Minimum high school diploma
7+ years Warehouse/Fleet Management experience in a manufacturing environment
Customer Service in a fast paced/dynamic business
Experience with warehousing in manufacturing operation with multiple lines, with high # of SKU’s
Ability to develop supply accountability systems for warehouse//inventory control/fleet operations
Experience with implementing inventory control process on ERP
Excellent MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work Independently with minimal supervision
Proven experience coaching and motivating employees to succeed
