Leads retail sales activities for more than one venue in a region. Tracks and maintains information relative to sales and business operations. Oversees reconciliation of discrepancies and monitors for future re-occurrences. Reviews and responds to issues that require intervention or process improvements.
Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
The position requires extensive travel within the United States and the ability to work independently.
Ability to connect with and maintain relationships with customers
Ability to prioritize and execute against deadlines and adapt to a changing work environment
Assists with the setup and breakdown at our Pop-up shops and events.
Assists with processing freight and completing markdowns.
Support store and company level strategies to reduce shrink; observe and monitor for signs of shrink and advise management of any unusual internal or external activity
Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Partner with Brand Activation Lead and Brand Activation Coordinator to execute strategic action plans to meet or exceed goals.
Understand and adhere to visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations and ensure all marketing initiatives are completed on time
Maintain and support safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; communicate safety concerns to the travel store lead
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Day to day: mainly customer support from day to day. Preparing for upcoming events or wrapping up past events.
Additional Job Description
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
High school diploma or higher
2+ years of retail sales experience
Knowledge of Point-of-Sale platforms
Valid U.S. driver's license
Available to work a flexible schedule to include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights, as needed
Valid U.S. driver's license
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Previous military or commercial experience in quality and/or operations leadership position
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Typical Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED and typically 7 or more years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
