Your Role
Core responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing and executing a plan for commissioning, decommissioning, and replacing Zoom Room/Zoom Phone hardware. This includes coordinating the logistics and ensuring smooth transitions.
You will revamp Zoom Room and Zoom Phone management in the Zoom admin portal, making improvements and streamlining processes to enhance user experience and efficiency.
You will design and maintain the architecture for unified collaboration systems, such as VoIP, video conferencing, messaging, and collaboration tools. This involves ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
You will develop an internal workflow for application integration requests, establishing a structured process to efficiently handle and prioritize these requests.
Leadership responsibilities:
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT Ops, IT NOC, Network, Real Estate Workplace, and external vendors, to successfully deliver new collaboration solutions. This requires effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders.
First Year Objectives:
Your first objective will be to generate and analyze monthly Zoom usage reports, providing insights and recommendations based on the data to optimize usage and identify opportunities for improvement.
You will also be responsible for advertising and promoting new Zoom Room hardware and features, keeping users informed and excited about the latest updates. Additionally, you will regularly update how-to documentations to provide clear instructions and support for users.
You will develop and maintain a quarterly OS upgrade schedule for team-managed systems and platforms. This ensures that systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and enhancements, minimizing vulnerabilities and maximizing performance.
What You Will Bring
You have in-depth knowledge in VoIP, video conferencing, Contact Center solutions, and collaboration platforms.
You possess expert knowledge in Zoom Room and Zoom Phone, with at least 3 years of experience as a Zoom admin.
You have experience with Enterprise VC solutions such as Zoom, WebEx, and MS Teams.
Experience with Zoom Marketplace and App integrations with Zoom.
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required for education.
You are efficient with ServiceNow ticketing system and Agile Development, as well as company-supported tools like MS Outlook, Slack, Zoom, Jira, and ServiceNow.

How We Work
Hybrid. Most of the team members work in the office two days a week. Work from home three days a week. We depend on Slack and Zoom for communications and meetings.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 97120 and USD $ 192960 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
