About The Company
The company is an educational tool that aims to promote a competency-based, personalized, and practical way of learning mathematics. It is aimed at children between the ages of 3 and 16 and it prioritizes the understanding of content and the development of mathematical skills linked to problem solving. They also encourage learning through experimentation, conversation, and individualized practice. In this sense, they offer sequenced learning trajectories, resources, training, and contact with the educational community; experts in mathematics education, and the science behind mathematical learning.
It was founded in 2017 in Barcelona (Spain) and works with 18,000 teachers from more than 2,100 schools in Spain, Italy, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Brazil, Peru, and US, who teach competency-based and meaningful mathematics to more than 430,000 students.
Your mission
Work alongside our US Country Launcher and Head of Expansion to go from 0 to 1 in the US market.
Requirements
Your day to day work:
Build a strong network of Administrators in the NorthEast region (special focus on NJ & PA).
Generate meaningful interactions with District Level Administrators through various channels (cold-outreach, conferences, webinars, referrals…)
Identify qualified prospects and generate discovery Meetings
Conduct Product Demonstrations (hands-on and math-focused, not product features’ oriented).
Manage relationships with all Stakeholders throughout the Sales process.
Negotiate and close deals, all the way through to procurement.
What are we looking for?
From 3 to 5 years of experience in direct sales (or similar) in the curriculum space
Know-how in creating meaningful relationships and generating opportunities with District Level Administrators.
Someone who knows how to speak and connect with teachers. Educator-to-educator sales is fundamental.
Passionate about Math and Education.
A hands-on person who understands that our mission requires a lot of hustling.
Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thinking outside the box and excited about the constant struggle of going from 0 to 1.
And above all... a desire to change the world and have fun!
It will be great if…
You have experience in math specifically
You have experience in going from 0 to 1 (in a product or market)
You have experience working in a startup
You bring an existing network with K-12 education to the table
You have been a teacher yourself, ideally at an elementary school.

Negotiable salary $75,000 - $110,000. This role is eligible for commissions based pay.
