About the Role

We are seeking an IT Officer to work from our Austin Office to support the growing number of staff and technology products in use across the business. You will be responsible for maintaining our ICT systems in accordance with our company policies across all employees.

You'll be working within the team of engineers that have architected and built a world leading SaaS platform, with the right candidate having exposure to AWS cloud and Azure DevOps architecture and technology.

Please note: Whilst this is a hybrid role, you will be required to be physically present in our Austin office at least a couple of times a week.

What You'll Do

First point of contact for all ROLLER employees to resolve issues with their ICT systems

Mitigate all issues within a timely manner to issues raised in our Service Desk

Maintain and service relevant equipment used by employees

Assist with any technical difficulties that may arise from ICT systems

Organise new hardware and software for hires

Track and maintain the asset register for all hardware and software

Setup and maintain software subscriptions

Perform other duties as directed by your line manager

About You

We are on the lookout for someone who is passionate about technology, has a knack for logical thinking and troubleshooting. You'll bring your knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Firewalls as well as an understanding of networking and mobile devices.

At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Certifications related to Public Cloud providers especially AWS

Building and maintaining CICD platforms

Knowledge of Windows Server/Client environment ie. Active Directory, GP, Firewalls

Understanding of networking infrastructure, mobile devices and MDM tools

Knowledge of ITIL ICT Support Framework

Experience working on a globally scalable SaaS platform

Experience providing 24/7 support duties as a subject matter expert

Strong problem-solving skills

Must be able to multitask and prioritise your workload, in an agile working environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders

High attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
