Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
-Form a good understanding of customer’s urgent HVAC, plumbing & electrical needs
-Communicate with empathy and operate with urgency, while maintaining a professional and polite phone manner
-Make outbound calls
-Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
-Attend training as provided and required for professional growth
-Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.
Requirements:
Customer service experience 2+ year preferred but not required
Must have HVAC CSR experience
Enjoy a positive work environment
Exceptional and positive communication skills
Customer Service experience.
Patience
Good computer skills
Good listening skills
Ability to multitask
Comfortable working under pressure
Service Titan experience is a plus!
