This includes ensuring the project execution in accordance with the contract terms, tracking any deviations, change orders, negotiating with the EPC contractor and other contractors working for the project. Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and legal regulations. You will collaborate with various departments, stakeholders, and external parties to facilitate successful contract man******ment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, project man******ment, law, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in managing EPC contracts.
Experience: Proven experience of project-based contracts man******ment. At least 5 years of experience in managing EPC contracts. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in contract man******ment software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge: Understanding of contract law and regulations.
